Administration

Everything so far lived inside one estate. Administration is the level above: the shared foundations every estate draws from — the people, the catalogues, the reference data, and the licences.

From here you reach:

  • Users — everyone in the organisation, and their roles.
  • Catalogues — the approved specifications your sites place assets from.
  • Reference data — field libraries, classifications, standards, and data profiles.
  • Permissions — the doorway to estate-level access management.
  • Licensing — seats and plans.

If you spend your day in estates, you may never need this section; if you’re the person who keeps the organisation’s data consistent, you’ll live here.
